Although I jest, I do like Germany, it is a beautiful country.
I was working in Aachen for a while and was staying near the Eifel and the countryside was truly beautiful. I've spent a lot of time in Saarbrucken, pleasant enough town - not that exciting but nothing wrong with it either, Aachen - again another beautiful, medieval city, Cologne - a good, fun place to be and Berlin which is always a delight.
Would like to do Munich someday and also see some more of the country.Speaking of Erith:

Since the others are good in mentioning what to see in Germany I'll continue my "what not to visit" series
Now: You can leave out Stuttgart, it's good for finding jobs, but the city as such is dumb and I can't stand the usual Swabians.Blah
