At least the people who do things you think are morally suspect are on our side?

Aren't we supposed to be the enemies of bad people?

What the **** does it take for a Gurkha to win a Victoria Cross? Are they grading them on a curve or something?
They need some Brits to be able to win it. Gurkhas > Canadians > Australians > Scots > Englishmen > the ****ing Welsh

That said, I think their actions were perfectly reasonable. But HC seems to be in a bit of an inconsistent position.

I don't see the problem morally. Perhaps for pr, perhaps not

I don't see anything inconsistent about being grateful that the really really good fighters being on our side.

It's a minor event so don't lose your head over it.

Nato forces are supposed to be winning 'hearts and minds' and bolstering the fledgling Afghan National Army.
The Gurkha won the mind - that came with the head. I guess he should have taken the heart as well.

Haha, what a guy. Yeah, the beheading thing, personally, I see as nothing more than a minor indiscretion but still a pretty logical decision. He used his initiative. Or should I say, he used his head

Are we doomed to repeat the same horrible puns? Can't we stop while we're still relatively ahead?

Do you think this should be cut off? Should we bury it, or leave it as a warning to others?

I only knew the "Ayo Gorkhali" part that my father taught me.
