  • 6 Degrees of Separation

Or more like one or two, in poly's case...

I've met dozens of people on poly and CG across three continents over the years and was wondering how many degrees of separation there might be between me and everyone else who's met at least someone else from poly IRL, and just how many posters that particular agglomoration would be.

Are there any 'islands' of posters that have met each other, but are not part of the central 'landmass'...? For example, there's been a lot of fairly big Chicago meets in the past, but has anyone linked into that group from elsewhere?
Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

Zopperoni, Adam Smith, Xin Yu, War4ever, Berzerker, are just a few of the out of towners who have met in Chicago.
I would have to really think and write down a list of all the people thoughout the years. I've even gone out to the airport to buy a drink for people just laying over at O'Hare for a few hours.

God knows, I've met a few through the years but probably mostly the same people as you.

I have met most of the people in DC, except Wiglaf . I have met some of the people in UK.

I tried to arrange to meet SuperSneak, but never did.

I met an Apolytoner before I had ever been on Apolyton. He introduced me to the site.

I met Mingrah when I was in Chicago. Glad to see he's forgotten my antics.

I've met Krill and Zylka. And November Adam, who has been AWOL for years.
