  • Give me a soundtrack for Starflight

So I'm playing an ancient game called Starflight. Overall its pretty enjoyable, especially since I'm role-playing it. However I find the collecting rare ores on planets quite dull, playing a few appropriate pieces of music while doing it makes that part of the experience ok.

So what is this thread about? Well I'd like to know if anyone has any recommendations for ambient music that would fit well with a space game.

Modern man calls walking more quickly in the same direction down the same road “change.”
The world, in the last three hundred years, has not changed except in that sense.
The simple suggestion of a true change scandalizes and terrifies modern man. -Nicolás Gómez Dávila

Start up Master of Orion II on another computer, and turn up the volume.
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

The real money comes from recommending colony worlds. Do yourself a favor and max the engines before anything else.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

Is the rate of fuel consumption constant or will I need to buy just as much ore per trip as otherwise?

The higher numbered engines become much more fuel efficient.

Have you tried to syncing it with "The Wall"?
