Cuba is disqualified, it is a peaceful country trying to defend itself from American imperialism

Venezuela - theat with lots of machette - exactly the enemy US likes, not much of a threat at all.

Israel - well they have nukes, but are more likely to spend them on their neighbours than on trying to nuke Washington.

edit: I was considering Canada as they are the only ones who have actually burned the place down at least, not so long ago

It's your greatest ally... unless you find French Fries threatening

Clearly, of those listed, Obama is by far the greatest threat to America.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

I'm leaning towards Pakistan at the moment. Nothing like an unstable, nuclear-armed government in a land full of extremists. North Korea's bad too, but they're more like China's greatest threat.

Pakistan is India's greatest threat. NK is Japan's. China is ours, but we're not supposed to say that.
