I'm nice to Albie. I think he's bat**** insane sometimes but I kindof like the guy.

Well the problem his, his idea of life is flipping burgers in Philadelphia or joining the Marines...not really much of one to be fair. Let him wallow in his own sh*t...

Precisely. But this demonstrates a narrow experience, so when he comes here thinking he knows it all and knows nothing, he is going to come unstuck and hence we shouldn't go softly in here when he spouts such crap.

Rather than get uptight about it you should just consider the source.

If I reacted every time someone on Poly said something silly I'd have as many posts as Asher.

Well I'm not getting uptight. Every time he spouts his stupid xenophobic crap I am going to take him to task about it. No slack.

His worldview comes about (I suspect) because he is young and has spent most of his life in Philly. You and I both get that, and someday Albie probably will too.

To rag on a young inexperienced person because they espouse the views of a young inexperienced person is rather pointless. It's like getting mad at the dog for chewing on a bone. It's what they are.

If we really want to be nice to Albie we can take up a collection and send him on a trip somewhere.

                      Think of the possibilities.

Is anyone mad? I think people are mostly laughing at his antics.

I used "rag" (slang) wrt Albie. Doesn't mean mad necessarily.

You can do Detroit pretty cheap these days.

Btw, my use of slang was unintentional. For those unfamiliar:

                              rag on
                              verb

                              * To complain, ***** or whine.

Man, she's been raggin on me all week!

Wait, that's basically the same thing as where he is now. Never mind.
