  • Firefox passes IE (all versions) market share!

In forward thinking tech savvy Europe, backward North America still trails behind us.

Microsoft's browser - all versions - now trumped by open source product, with the losses apparently due to rise in use of Google Chrome. But is that because of the 'browser ballot' in Windows?

Firefox hasn't exactly passed it, it just hasn't declined it's share as much (in that Chrome appears responsible for the shift).

In news that will massively cheer Asher, it's mainly due to Germany, rubbish UK is even worse than North America.

And the tortoise is walking backwards very slowly.

The Nazis are almost going to be more efficient and blitz-y than the British.

I'm currently on Chrome. I had to use my old PC for a while and Chrome ran on it far better than Firefox, so that's what I'm using now, even on the new PC. I've been known to use Flock as well, but essentially I'm lazy - not too lazy to realise that IE is **** though...

Only a technically illiterate moron would choose to use IE. Some poor souls have it forced upon them at work though.

First thing I do at a new job is yank my computer from the domain and root it. If they don't like it, I give them a huge headache by demanding a ****load of software be regularly installed until they relent.
