£50k-ish...I would go a bit under the mean value of the boxes because I am fairly risk-averse. So I may even consider down to £40k...but this is more on gut rather than pure probability...

Here's another question: how many of you are hedging the bigger risks in your lives? The risk aversion that most of you display means that you should be strongly motivated to do so. I, for one, am planning to buy long-dated puts on a number of different bank stocks (not my employer's, as that would contravene several compliance guidelines).
