I don't know if you caught the lift coming back down after being on the 2 left wheels at the very first of the video. Evidently, it'a an "S" curve.
Another thing, less obvious until it's pointed out, the cop's reluctance to stand on a wheel to reach up. Unquestionably, Steve had been lighting that baby up for some time before the cop could catch up. The tires were probably hot to the point of melting.
