Its been nearly 10 years and for the first time I just saw a video of building 7 collapsing. Wtf? It looks like a picture perfect demolition. It all came down like one unit with the lower floor giving way damn near all at once. I understand it was set on fire from falling debris and collapsed several hours later but the impression I got was a great job by demolitions experts. Just the way it all fell at once...

It is indeed quite shocking that a well-engineered building with evenly distributed weight collapses in that manner. I would expect it would fall sideways, with a mushroom cloud above.

WTC 1 & 2 didn't, and that was with a plane sitting in them. I'd say that was well engineered.

I used to believe this bull**** for a long time ("where're the remains of the pla-ane?") until I saw a video of a nuclear power plant reactor building wall plane collision testing (woah, that's a lot of nouns strung together). The plane was literally pulverized by the impact.
