                        Why not just increment the stream? Remember, this is just to give people numbers; it's not for the draw itself.

                          Streams? I wouldn't think these systems use them, unless you're meaning something else.

                          If you mean just a stream of numbers (eg, person one gets seed 5, person two gets seed 6, etc) then this isn't much appreciably different than using the time in ns/ms, no?
