If I looked like I was 18, it'd be harder to be in a position where I'm continually giving advice and directing things that people in their 30s or older are doing. Women also tend not to like dating boys, from what I hear.

There's a couple Asian guys at work, a year older than me that look maybe 19. They get treated differently than I do, and not in a good way. And it's not because they're Asian.

Your logic is flawed. People who look older when in their mid 20s than others will not always look older. They'll just look the same longer.
