Well, the rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain, or so I'm told. Whereas the rain in England falls everywhere. So there are advantages to staying put too.

But welfare in Spain for 10 year old mums has better reputation than British welfare, I wander how come, Spanish welfare is more famous than British one?
