Boris, why isn't the question SHOULD? That's what the thread title asks.

If you can't tell the big difference between "should enforce a dress code" and "should be allowed to enforce a dress code," then you're beyond any hope that I can see. You and BK should just consign yourselves to single thread wherein you each talk past each other by constantly misconstruing/misunderstanding what the other says, making strawman arguments and so forth.
