Should We Conquer Mexico?

Eventually Canada and Mexico will join the USA, and most of central America

North and Central America for the yanks, South America for Brazil

And then the master plan begins.

Seriously. Why not? We've got one of the most dangerous countries to live in in the world right on our back door step. Not only that, but conquering Mexico and then building them up properly like we did with Japan solves tons of our problems and increases their standard of living. Think about it, you'd no longer have border issues because people would be able to have a living there. You'd be able to totally wipe out the drug cartels and clean out a haven for corruption and crime right on our back doorstep. If Mexico becomes more economically viable and stable, we profit through increased trade. On top of it, we can more easily stop the flow of drugs through Mexico since their border in the south is much much smaller than our border with Mexico. You also aren't going to face the issues we have in Afghanistan and Iraq. Mexico is a Christian westernized nation, it's not like walking into some Islamic **** hole. We also don't have to worry about the fact that we're basically building up fundamentalist governments that are still at odds with our own values. The list of positives goes on and on. Pull the troops from Aghanistan and nuke the tribal areas in Pakistan, then put our conventional forces on the border for our build up and subsequent advancement into Mexico. Your next President/Overlord says make it so. All hail DriXnaK.

I think if Americans stop being part of the demand for drugs from Mexico, we would see a lot less problems from Mexico.

Why would anyone want Mexico?

Why not? We took half of Mexico's territory once before, may as well take the rest of it now.
