Eh, I don't think they lifted it. It is just the obvious jokes to make about Inception.

It's not just a similar idea though, it's almost word for word, even the timing is the same. Unless there is a very similar scene in Inception, there was definitely "cross-fertilisation" involved there.

so i watched about half a show of "the real housewives of new jersey" and the worst part is that the southpark guys wasnt even exaggerating. amazing.
