I'm a little rusty on my artificial planetary migration theories. In particular, I can't quite seem to remember how you move Jupiter's orbit so that it's close - like Mercury or closer - to the Sun in a relatively short timescale (months, years, decades).

Yeah, sorry. I meant that you use the solar wind to stabilize the mirrors in fixed-ish positions and reflect sunlight onto the planet. And I ignored the timescale because I don't think anyone has come up with a way to do that.

Jupiter is too far away, setting up operations there would just take too long. Instead, travel to the sun and move it to Jupiter.
