    Why would I shave it? It's looked the same for like 3 years now and it keeps my head warm in the Canadian winters. Plus, shaving it sounds like a lot of work.

    As it is now, I buzz the hair every 6 months (number 3 clippers), then let it grow out.

      Haircut twice a year It's got to get crazy long especially with you only taking it down to a 3.

      If I didn't get a cut for 6 months, wow... I can't imagine how it would look. My hair is so freaking thick.

          Never. If it gets worse I'll just keep it buzzed short. I don't think I'll ever shave it completely.

            Your hair probably grows faster than mine. Mine's only like 3 inches or so long after 6 months.

                Right now it's only 1.5 inches. Getting to be a good length to time it with winter.
