                  I have a friend who was born with no legs. He has a sucicide knob on his steering wheel and an attachment to the steering colum that looks sorta like a single motorcycle handle. Works fine and it doesn't get in the way so you can still strap the guy in the passenger seat and drive him home when he's had to much to drink.
