I think you need to go to that forum where you got it from that said it was Chicago and set the record straight. It's from the High Hills area of Oak Cliff, Dallas. Make sure they all know and correct their mistakes.
The person who uploaded it on youtube is actually a woman named Tasha who I suspect is the camera girl who keeps talking in the background. She has favorite'd other videos of High Hills shenanigans. There are signs in some of the videos but they're blurry and I can't make them out. If I could, I could tell you the exact name of the apartment complex (something starting with a P Way Apartments... Looks like a six-letter P word but I can't make it out) as well as street names.
From google maps though, I have confirmation that it is definitely in the High Hills section of Oak Cliff (exact same apartment buildings).
