For my language program this summer, I have the. . .experience of having a roommate. Now on the first day, we went to buy some essentials. One of the first things I bought was soap. He then bought some after me, but I think this was an attempt to impress me or something because he hasn't touched it since. Since he showers everyday but doesn't use the soap that is sitting there, I'm wondering if I'm wrong. Although the smell is telling me I'm not.

"It puts the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again.""You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours."--General Sir Charles James Napier
