I remember way back in 97-99, when I was in children's school. After school, which were short of course(it being so early in the school hierarchy), I was sitting on a vacant computer on my dad's job(it almost always was one vacant) and surfed on T1 speed. Sometimes I helped a little with easy paper work and such, most of the time I surfed the Net and downloaded and played abandonware. Especially Civ1, which I had just discovered was available, and SC2k. I was logged into my dad's user all the time and it never was a problem.

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made - Psalms 139.14a

We have a small office (around 10 people when all are present) and every employee has personal space with a computer.

Personal use is officially frowned upon but tolerated in practice so long as the work gets done.

Fine here...I saw one bloke here looking at soft porn on the computer once and regularly does. He's the head of IT. Welcome to Italy

Are you sure it just wasn't pictures of members of the government.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple
