The twice comment was to show that TIME passed. Now if it was mob bosses, I could seem them being douche bags and not stopping what they were doing but for most normal people, cops coming in and announcing themselves would be a BIG thing. Most people would be freaked.

And yes, if they had some gay hatred I can see them trying to drum something up here.

While I respect your personal experience, cops do do irrational stupid things sometimes.
Sometimes triggered by a simple **** you. Which seems considerably more likely then a guy continually banging another guy while cops are watching.

Again. I could be wrong, but it's open for discussion and not clear cut.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

It must be because they are married and no longer can get one unless they pay somebody else for it
My bet is this is not from white guys but the rise of womyn in the GOP.

You've been seeing the wrong womyn.

Of course; it's just that I put 1) mob bosses and 2) people that understand, respect, and fight for their constitutional rights in the same category of people not likely to be fazed by a cop. Judging by how these particular guys later admitted criminal liability solely to crusade all the way to the highest court in the land, they seem as likely as any to be #2 people and decidedly not "most normal people."

Of course they do; I've seen unquestionable and judicially-remedied police ****ups in countless appellate cases, several of my own clients' cases, and in a case where I was defendant. I'm more likely to be cynical about cops than most people, which is what I meant by my personal experience, not the contrary. I'm just saying that it's entirely likely that here the "simple **** you" happened to be expressed in the form of ****ing someone else, happening to make a huge, offense-defining, career-jeopardizing lie perhaps likely but nonetheless unnecessary thanks to 21.06 (even if myriad minor stretches of truth were thrown in to tighten up the case, which is ubiquitous practice). Of course it's not "clear-cut" for either side, but if there's ever occasion to guess I'll always throw my money on the side backed by a conscious and counseled decision to concede any and all disputes of fact.
            Unbelievable!

Am I the only one that wants to mock Texas for defining getting a BJ from or using any sex toy with your wife as deviant behavior. Are texans really that straight-laced.

I can understand (not agree with but understand) their anti-gay sentiments and even some of their notions on premarital sex etc etc. BUt this legislation seems to take some fun sexual things and define them as deviant. Are texans against fun sex??
