Cool website that easily calculates a bunch of metrics associated with health.
(Sorry, it's not metric-friendly. It could still be worth it to convert in google just to appraise your health risks)
Me:
6'1" 205lbs 33inch waist
BMI: 27.1 (overweight )
Waist-to-height: 45.2%
Body Fat %: 10.6%
Willoughby weight: 204lbs
Willoughby waist: 33.5inch
Interestingly...
My waist-to-height ratio and weight are both at Willoughby's ideal! Pretty cool. I'm like the perfect physical specimen though my BMI says I'm overweight
Kind of cool to find out you're like literally physically perfect

David P Willoughby, who was a champion body builder in the early twentieth century, performed extensive anthropometrics measurements on highly-conditioned (male) athletes and found a direct proportionality between waist and height. His ideal form had a WHtR of 45.8%.
