None of these countries are libertarian governments.

I've explained this before so please listen carefully, I'm talking about libertarian ideas that anyone should be able to build what ever they want however they want. Even those those countries are not governored by libertarians they allow the libertarian ideal of letting anyone build how ever they want without any standards.

This is the third time I've explained this.

That's right. All of North Korea's problems are because it is too libertarian.

Maybe I said it wrong but the reality is those countries let anyone build what ever they please how ever they please which is the Libertarian ideal. That's what I meant. That's what I said. The libertarian ideal always results in lots of people dying needlessly.
