Or comic in general?
What web comic pretty much fits your humor or attitude toward life? That rarely fails to amuse or please?
Mine would have to be Dinosaur Comics. There are a lot of web comics that I enjoy, but Dinosaur Comics is the only one that routinely makes me laugh out loud (lol, literally!). Ryan North has captured my sense of humor and distilled it in dinosaur form. A fun game I used to play during boring classes was to read Dinosaur Comics and try to keep myself from bursting out in laughter during the middle of the lecture or discussion.
My least favorite that I still read regularly is Sluggy Freelance. What used to be a quirky series of pop culture parodies, turned into a rather dull, poorly thought out drama and collection of meta-humor. Pete's gotten lazy and it's painfully obvious. The Sluggy well ran dry over five years ago. Had he ended it then and moved on to a new fresher project, he may still have the popularity he once did. Yet, I still read it more out of routine than anything else. And Sluggy has been drawn out so long and become such a black smear on his literary record, I have little interest in whatever his next project will be.
Dinosaur Comics rule!!!
