The 'Welsh' name for their country and themselves is "Cymru" and "Cymry", which is basically "Our Country" and "Our People", or "land of fellow countrymen", which I think you've agree is very nice and touchy-feely and comradely - unlike those Germanic English bastards that came over here and stole our land and even had the cheek to call us foreigners in our own land.
The only true British left in the UK are the Welsh, the English just came over here and took the name because they didn't want anyone knowing they were Germans...
