The Swiss?? Isn't it like forever since anyone has scored on them at an actual World Cup match-- With this win aren't they VERY likely to get through? Spain on the other hand will probably NEED two wins.
More generally I have heard a couple of commentators saying that the first match is often one where teams are afraid to lose since losing the first game puts your backs against the wall. So defensive styles abound.
BUt the idea is that by match 2 there are any number of teams that find themselves needing a win so a bit more attacking football is seen.
