Re: poll - Yes, of course.

Of course, if she anally abuses him with some tools, against his will, IS rape. No sane man would ever confess such thing, however. XD
Arousal is not indication of consent. Plenty of female rape victims produce vaginal secretions that provide lubricant out of a physiological reaction.

I wonder which erection pills actually allow for simultaneous incapacitation and erection. Isn't Cialis' whole bag, you can get it on when you wanna. Seems like that isnt possible while being incapacitated.

Since I've never had the need for either of those drugs, I can't answer those questions.

But you're the prime demographic for targeted advertising of these products. I thought you'd absorb that info just by reading golf digest and watching procedurals on CBS.

In Canada, after a recent court case, many men have been sexually assaulted by their wives and girl friends.

Any sexual act with a person who is not concious is sexual assault. How many of you have been woken up by pleasant stimulation?

Gee... I guess I've been sexually assaulted MANY TIMES, and never even knew it
But is it really sexual assault if you beg your wife or girl friend to wake you up that way

The SCoC has said that consent is impossible if a person is not conscious, even if they previously consented specifically to the act. The issue revolved around the inability to withdraw consent. That is not possible if the person is not conscious.

But can you waive the right to withdraw consent?

I move that, for the present argument only, that august body have its abbreviation changed to SuCoC.
