Carson Palmer (3094 yds, 21TD, 13INT, 60.5comp%, 6.6y/a)
Joe Flacco (3613 yds, 21TD, 12INT, 63.1comp%, 7.2y/a)
His stats last year were comparable to Carson Palmer and Joe Flacco's while playing on a much worse team and with less offensive weapons.
He was 15th in QB rating last year (compare, McNabb was #12). He's not going to be great but he definitely could get into Eli Manning, Tony Romo, Aaron Rodgers sort of territory on a solid team with proper coaching.

It's bigger than Jason Campbell, Sloww... much bigger. It's about a non-scrambling Black QB succeeding in the NFL. With Byron Leftwich relegated to the backup role, Jason Campbell and McNabb are it. In fact, considering the shaky prospects of scramblers like Garrard and Vince Young, they might be the only Black starting QB's by the end of 2010.

Vince Young finally hit stride just last year, because he quit being a runner.
