    God bless slow inefficiencies... it's fast food people. You know how obsessed the corporate types at fast food joints are with measurables like S.O.S. (speed of service)? Customer service and presentation be damned! You can't measure satisfaction! You can measure speed though!



    This reminds me... I need to put up an expose about the practices of BK and Checkers. What you may not know about these popular fast food restaurants... that can kill you.

I knew the owner very well (he was Iraqi, a very good salsa dancer who danced competitively, had a masters in chem eng from an Iraqi university not recognized here, and studied part time to get his bachelors in chem eng here for recognition) and I paid for a six inch and got a foot long every day.

                              It was way cheaper and quicker than the other **** nearby in downtown Toronto.
