Just as a humorous aside, the military required me to get an HIV test. I was told to go to one of the 'preferred' locations. It was in the Philly gayborhood and the place was so gay... Actually, they never said that the kids were molested or what not, they just heavily implied it.

It says he was released on probation... I'm thinking that it was because homosexuality was sodomy so his participation would've been a crime... but that still doesn't sound right because he was a minor so that would be more of a statutory rape issue (he can't give consent so he can't be charged for sodomy).
