One of the things that made Lost unwatchable for me was that about a third of what's left after all the incessant advert breaks, was either a recap of the week before or a preview of next week. Once you've cut all that out, you're ending up with about 20mins of 'new'* material for every hour of TV you watch...
* Even the 'new' stuff constantly gets revisited, rehashed, chopped and changed...
Still, if it keeps you happy...
