  • Happy 4/20

In America we have a weird way of doing dates, and one special date in particular is April 20, or "4/20".

Why is it so special? Because it's Darius571's birthday. Also OneFootInTheGrave.

    Happy birthday guys!

And a Happy 4/20 to the rest of you as well!
    John Brown did nothing wrong.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

Felch: Are you getting your medical marijuana prescription from a DC doctor?
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

The council passed it yesterday. Don't know how long it will take to institute, but there's a period where the congress can veto the action.

It's questions like that that lead to the conclusion that the medical marijuana movement is just a farce.
