Not exactly. I'm no expert, but here's a brief rundown.

Reform/Conservative: No clear answer on sabbath observance. Depends on who you go to.

Modern Orthodox/Orthodox/ Ultra Orthodox [aka "frum"--but there are actually several sects, just as there are several of Orthodox and Modern Orthodox]--pretty much all of them abide by the rule berzerker mentioned. Some are more anal about it than others.

One thing I really can't stand about Maher is his anti-vaccine kick. Those people tend to piss me off in general.

Particularily when the guy who started the whole thing has been exposed as a fraud. It turns out that when the first study of the link between autism and vaccine was done some parents of autistic kids paid the researcher to have their kids put into the study, massively skewing the study's outcome.
