Men in Tights is the best.
Dracula Dead and Loving it second.
History of the World Part 1.
Spaceballs is somewhere in the middle.
Blazing Saddles a resounding last. Didn't laugh once. The twelve chairs (though the book is great) is second last.
    Haven't watched the others.
"You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours."--General Sir Charles James Napier

God this is such a hard choice. Argh, I'm torn between Young Frankenstein and History of the World pt 1.....I'll go with History for now.

History of the World, Part I
                      Spaceballs in 2nd place.

                      The Inquisition, let's begin
                      The Inquisition, look out sin!
We're on a mission to convert the Jews!
                      Jew-jew-jew-jew, jew, jew-jews!

We're gonna teach 'em, wrong from right
We're gonna make 'em, see the light...
We're gonna make them an offer they can't refuse
That the Jews just can't refuse!

                      Confess! Don't be BORING.
                      Say yes! Don't be DULL!
                      A fact, you're ignoring...
It's better to lose your skullcap than your skull!
                      Oy vey gevalt!

From memory. That scene is pure gold.

                      -Arrian
grog want tank...Grog Want Tank... GROG WANT TANK!

The trick isn't to break some eggs to make an omelette, it's convincing the eggs to break themselves in order to aspire to omelettehood.
