I've had an LG Venus phone for about 2 1/4 years and I only wanted it to soldier on until June when the new Iphone 4G comes out but, of course, the POS has broken on me.
Technically it mostly still works though the "send, 1, 4, 7, and star" buttons have decided to die. Yep, and entire column of the number pad just decided to crap out on my last night for no apparent reason especially since I've been really gentle with the phone. So did I just get unlucky or are most LG products junk?
Oh, LG's Li-Ion battery pack also started giving out on my after about 6 months of ownership so I had to buy a new battery and now the new battery is dying as well. Should I just get a cheap phone to last until the Iphone 4G comes out or do you think this phone is worth fixing for just two months of service? Alternatively I could just keep using my company cellphone for two months and not worry about.
