I've been feeling depressed and lonely since New Year's eve and I still do not feel that much better. I even broke down emotionally as I left work this evening.
What do you do when you feel like this, to pull yourself out of it? I'm going to a social gathering at my church this evening, then I plan to call one or two of my friends tonight and hopefully that will help.
