  • How much holidays do you get over the festive period?

I've been off work since Christmas Eve eve (23rd), and won't be going back till the 5th of Jan. It's not my choice, it's just the way it is for where I work.

Then I'm only back for a few days before I'm off to Morocco for a couple of weeks.

    How about you guys?
Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

I've been off from the 18th and go back to work on the 4th. In the US, that would probably be their annual holiday entitlement. Here, it is a few leftover days

I was told to take off many days.

          Official days off are:
          24th
          25th
          31st
          1st
6th? (not sure about this one)

Basically, nothing serious goes on at the university from the 22nd? to the 11th?.

I did go in a bit on the 28/29/22, but took the 23/30 completely off. There were just a couple people there when I went in.

I've been "working at home" since Christmas Eve. I did go into the office on Tuesday, but when it turned out only to be me and a trainee in all week (out of a department of 50), I decided to take them to the pub and not come back til next week.

i'm lucky enough to be able to set my own hours, so i've given myself two weeks from 22nd to the 5th off. i'll ease myself back in after that though, probably won't play anything big money for a week after i start again.

I'm working, I've been working. Still, if I wasn't I would be bored.

I took leave for from the 18th-27th, but the schoolhouse is shut down until the 4th so I just came in for a few hours on Monday and today, the other days are freebies.
