I think it's laughable that people give Texas grief over executing murderers, but here's a country executing a British citizen over drugs, and some of the same people think it's fine.

Also, the main issue isn't necessarily whether or not the crime was committed, but whether it's OK to execute 'mentally impaired' people. Texas executed a mentally impaired person less than four weeks ago.
