Italy's PM Silvio Berlusconi is bloodied by attack

Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has been hit in the face and knocked to the ground after a political rally in Milan.

Pictures showed Mr Berlusconi bleeding from the mouth after the assault. A man has been arrested.

The prime minister was helped to his feet by aides and rushed away from the scene in a car.

One report said the assailant was holding an object.

Wow. That's a pretty messed up face.

Someone in the security detail should get fired.

Are we sure it wasn't the father of one of Berlusconi's child dates?

                Just asking.

I think it's pretty clear that Berlusconi hired the guy to have a case against his political enemies

But by the looks of it, next I will have "The Italian Job"
