they'll probably come up with another agreement that'll take $20 billion or something like that from industrialized countries and give it to developing countries without any relation or upcoming effect to CO2 emissions, thus giving better conscience for voters in industrialized countries.

kyoto has had zero effect to emissions. it's effect has been to force heavy industry, facing heavy pollution taxation, from europe to far east.

global warming (or "climate change" as it has been rebranded) is not the end of the world and comparing it to nuclear holocaust is hysterical, get over it.
