Didn't you get the news? Obama already accomplished this. He got a medal and everything."The DPRK is still in a state of war with the U.S. It's called a black out." - Che explaining why orbital nightime pictures of NK show few lights. Seriously.

Here we have another example of baby boomer ineptness, their incessant need to disarm America when they don't feel threatened but then as soon as a crises emerges... "Let's spend billions of dollars on useless military crap we don't need while at the same time defunding useful programs!"
Who in their right mind would want to dismantle the most powerful weapon system in the world? A system that took decades to prefect through the hard work of that generation before yours... You know the one you love to hate because they were able to actual win a conflict. Nuclear weapons ensure that no nation state would ever seriously f*** with us, and you want to get rid of it?
Get out!
1970s - Vietnam is an immoral war. Let's smoke pot and shoot Vietnamese civilians and ***** about for 20 years through Cinema and TV shows.

-Oh my god, these bad Muslim people are attacking America! Let's start an endless ground war in Asia and attack a completely unrelated country in the meantime!
*votes Bush*
-Hey, this is taking to long! I'm going to vote for this Muslim dude who will give us healthcare and stuff.
*votes Obama*

The Baby Boomers are currently busy dismantling the awesome U.S. military built by the Greatest Generation and used to kick all holy ass all over the world and replacing it with a stupid COIN-centered military that is only useful in retarded nation-building operations like Afghanistan and Iraq that only Baby Boomers are idiotic enough to get America involved in in the first place.KH FOR OWNER!

It's nice to see that more people are beginning to realize just how much awful baby boomers are. I just hope that subsequent generations can bring us back to a golden age of intelligence and prosperity that we have lost.
I predict that in the future Historians will designate 1960s to 2010 as the American dark age, when the collective will of a generation needlessly brought down the greatest superpower in the world.

Sounds like baby boomer talk, always eager to deflect valid criticism.
So far the ME generation is doing okay. They're actually holding their own in a ground war against overwhelming odds despite the inept leadership of baby boomer politicians in Washington.
While baby boomers were busy living as sybarites for the greater part of their lives, the younger generations will be far too busy attempting to overthrow our Chinese overlords and picking up the pieces.

Which I'm sure will be compounded by the "ME" generation that followed us."The DPRK is still in a state of war with the U.S. It's called a black out." - Che explaining why orbital nightime pictures of NK show few lights. Seriously.

Everyone who has ever done any serious work with nuclear weapons, be it planning, logistics, or handling has wished we could put the djinni back in the bottle (lamp, whatever). That doesn't mean that will happen. The last nation on earth with a handful of such weapons would be the ruler of us all. So everyone in political power will want to hold back a few. And if a few is good, then maybe more than a few.
The huge cold war arsenals of ~10,000 warheads per side plus arsenals in 7 or 8 other countries may have passed. But the weapons are not going away until the AIs take them away, they get used, or as someone said, they become obsolete and therefore absurd. Too bad, but the way it is.No matter where you go, there you are. - Buckaroo Banzai

Social security and nuclear weapons are not products of the Boomers. Idiots! The main mistake other boomers made was having, then raising their idiot children. Riesstiu may go f*** himself. No matter where you go, there you are. - Buckaroo Banzai
