What you do is this. Build a gigantic electrified fence around the State of Arkansas, use Chuck Norris to patrol it (because let's face it, Chuck Norris can do anything), and stuff all mentally ill felons into that state, where they will be expected to fend for themselves. If this program goes well - and really, how could it not? - we could easily expand it to include other categories of "people", for example, Creationists, suspected terrorists (that is, Muslims), autistic children, and anyone who identifies with the label of "emo" or "angsty".

Bull****. Libertarians aren't old enough to drink, vote, or purchase firearms in civilized states. Libertarians would be so easy to pick out in a counter insurgency to boot; They'd use them once or twice on the government then be bombed by a drone.
