No, and use an unripe banana
For the invasion but against the surge.

I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

Jesus might have said, "Render unto Saddam the ass-kicking that is Saddam's." God apparently likes using one nation to punish another.

Joel said, "Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I [am] strong."

Why? There's no quotes of Jesus on warfare in the Bible.

"Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s" - Jesus

I think that's a pretty clear cut vote of support for Caesar's miltarist agenda.

Why not ? Jesus has supported most wars for the last couple of centuries - often on both sides..
With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.

Perhaps Jesus is simply playing a strategy game and the known universe is actually Civilization XXVI. Our entire reality could be a simulation.
