He's not lying, he's just making a broad point with a pinch of imprecision. Most posters would not admit anyway.

You're life isn't destroyed if you're accused of crimes. I've been indicted between five and six times and things are going great. As far as I can tell that's all that happened to this guy. No big deal..unless you actually did it, which he did.

Are you saying that the indictments against you were irrational?

My lawyer would probably not be happy to hear me say this but the indictments are accurate in the sense that I totally did it, but the indictments are a waste of my time and the taxpayers because they are based on insufficient information and let's not throw the first stone unless we're spotless, do you know what I mean? Do you know what I mean?
