I just watched the pilot. It was okay I guess. Is the rest of the series worth watching?

It's okay. Take your brain out and just enjoy it as a tv show. It fails as science fiction -

There are moments. There are amusements. IIRC it is, on balance, better than the pilot. Fortunately, it doesn't take itself too seriously.
