in rio they bloody love lady gaga, justin bieber, the black eyed peas and all that cack, as well as some really cheap arse electro house. you see massive guys on the subway listening to music that you'd expect to be on a 15 year old girl's playlist (on their phones, no headphones so that everyone can hear it
). give me a nice bit of bossa nova anyday!
albert i'm going to try really hard not to be too critical, but (except for that broken bells track) those songs are bland, boring, devoid of anything interesting or original. it's music for people who don't like music. if you want some good guitar music, you could do a lot worse than checking out these threads from the last couple of years.
also, if you liked that zombie nation track you'll probably like this. it's not really techno, but then neither is that track you posted.
also be sure to check to out the other stuff he released as zombie nation, it's a lot less accessible but far more interesting.
dark monks feat. min - insane (steve murano vocal mix)
also note the sample here from moby - go. this was a dancefloor destroyer back in 2002.

I don't post much rock music but here's some...
I realize that the rock that I like is the rock with hip hop/rnb-credibility. All the above have done songs with rappers and hip hop producers. It probably is pop rock but it's the only rock music that gets rotation on the rap radio stations. Maroon 5, Coldplay, OneRepublic, Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, etc.
