    Upcoming.

    The Pixies will head into the studio to record new material after they finish their current tour, according to an interview with the band at Spinner.com. Since reuniting in 2004, the Pixies have toured several times and rumors of them recording have popped up occasionally, but guitarist Joey Santiago said, "Making a record will be in the forefront ... We've definitely jelled as a unit and hopefully when we can all bury the hatchet – and we have – maybe we'll go in there and hope for the best." The band will complete their Doolittle tour on Thursday, May 5. [Guardian.co.uk]
