I always ironed down the middle of the sleeve without making creases, then flipped them *once* at a 90 degree angle and did the same again.

I prefer the take the shirts right out of the dryer and put them on hangers method of avoiding wrinkles

Ironing is such an ancient method, why has no one come up with a better way to straighten out your clothes yet?! I am sick of gradually ruining my clothes due to ironing, not to mention sweating, fear of burning self and fear of forgetting to turn it off before going to work.
